We saw an opportunity  not to improve this model incrementally, but replace it entirely. Space Box was founded as a design and build company in Pune on total integration. As a construction company with architects in Pune providing turnkey home construction, we have never accepted “that’s just how construction works.” When the industry said residential prefabrication couldn’t achieve custom architecture quality, we proved otherwise. When they said transparent costing was impossible, we published itemized budgets. When they said sustainable construction was too expensive, we delivered net-positive projects at market rates.
